Banks ehh. They'll just be making someone regret opening account. That's how I was doing p2p on binance I transferred the money and they debited me but the person did not see it. I waited and waited and later in the evening I received my money back. I already taught the person was a scam and wanted to report him, but my cousin told me to be patient.

this happened to me two days ago. i did a transaction and it took over hours before I was credited. it is really spoiling the p2p thing.
