Earning NIOX - Earndrop Campaign - Day 1

As I already mentioned in this article, starting from today until February 9, there's an ongoing earndrop campaign in which you can earn one NIOX token per every minute you let the Market Maker bot trade in your place.

You can choose from Binance, Kucoin, and Nominex exchanges. If you have an account in one of these exchanges, you can easily set this bot up. To get NIOX rewards, you must share each of your sessions in their official Telegram group and on Twitter with a hashtag #NIOX.

First Session - 67 minutes

I chose EGLD/USDT pair with a refresh time of 15 seconds and buy spread 0.25% on each side. I also checked the hanging orders in advanced settings and that's why only 3 trades went through. As far as I understand, when hanging orders is active, the bot won't create new orders until the previous are filled. Therefore, as EGLD's price went down from $70 to $60, the bot didn't do anything. As I came back, I decided to turn this session off and try a new one.

Overall, the bot worked 67 minutes, meaning boi earned 67 NIOX for this session. With the current price, it's about $3.5 it means I've lost about 70 cents. But I'm confident, the price of NIOX will grow.

Second Session - 73 minutes

In the second session, I chose to use CVC/USDT pair and switched off the hanging orders thing. I also reduced the spread to 0.2%. In 73 minutes, the bot made 18 trades and I gained 9 cents + 73 NIOX when they are distributed. I think it's after the earndrop ends.

Third Session - 64 minutes

Starting from the third session, I decided to share my Twitter results as the form you're seeing below so I didn't keep the screenshots on my settings. I think I didn't change anything except the pair which now is ALGO/USDT. This session ended with boi losing a little over a dollar. As far as I'm not losing more, I'm good with the fact that I'm earning NIOX. This time - 64 of them shiny coins.

Fourth session - 52 minutes

Now the pair is TOMO/USDT and after 52 minutes and 10 successful trades, the bot has made boi $0.7447 and in the future airdrop, 52 NIOX. Okay, I think you're getting it. I'll stop repeating the same thing all over again. Oh, and the settings are still the same.

Fifth session - 12 minutes

Now I remember that the previous session ended after a timeout from Binance API and I had to start trading all over again. This session lasted only 12 minutes because I saw that TOMO started to pump and I didn't want to lose them by trading as I did it a few days back with some precious RUNE. So I decided to change the pair again.

Sixth and final session of the day - 70 minutes

Don't get scared. There's a bug in this one. After I started trading with this pair, there was an order that wasn't completed in the TOMO/USDT pair and while the bot was on, the transaction of me buying 10 TOMO went through. It cost me 13.28 USDT so to get the real result, you have to add it to the one you're seeing in the picture. I guess the transaction stuck from the Binance API timeout.

Amongst FET/USDT trades, there's a TOMO trade for $13.28

I later sold that TOMO for a higher price so I'm profiting there too.

To sum up, the last session ended with a profit of $1 and for the 70 minutes, boi will earn 70 NIOX tokens. Pretty cool, right?

In summary: 338 minutes, - $2.22, +338 NIOX

Although I lost a little over 2 dollars, the bot was working for 338 minutes meaning I will get the same amount of NIOX. At this price, it would be about $18 therefore I've gained about 16 dollars for letting the bot do some trading. Tomorrow, I'll be back and I'll try some different settings. As for NIOX tokens, I'll definitely HODL them after the earndrop. The platform looks really promising!
