For the past one week I have been observing the price of Hive. A few days back the price was very good where it almost hit 15 cents. There was also an instance where the price also had a sudden pump due to some heavy market activity. Though a pump like that is always good fluctuations are very good for the traders. People are doing a daily trading might find this very interesting. I was also able to purchase some Hive for a cheap rate with the HBD I had.
I was thinking that the low days are gone and the price had started picking up. I was also having a small thought in my mind that it shouldn't be a nail biting moment to have not invested on Hive when the price was low. I was still in the idea of investing a little on hive at least until I reach a stake value of 20,000 HP in total. After seeing the price going down, I made a little purchase.
Now the price of Hive is almost 11 cents creating a good oppotunity for the investors who are planning to hold it long term. I'm sure this wouldn't be the permanent price of Hive. But if in the near future Hive pumps it is going to be a great deal for us.
Why should we invest on Hive?
This is a very common question that people can ask if we talk about Hive price. I'm sure many people are already getting started on Hive at least on Leofinance community where I see many new members emerging. But there are some strong reasons why we will have to stay invested on Hive. I would like to share some of my thoughts here.
Earning from blogging
Though there are many revenue models available for earning through blogging, Hive is something that is unique. Of course it is copy of the rewarding model from Steem but it is considerably unique compared to all other rewarding model available. Most of the rewarding models are centralized like Google adsense which can be enabled on blogs to generate revenue.
There are a few platforms available that provides similar earning opportunities but the rewarding model is a bit different.
Hive Games
There are many popular games on Hive that acts both as an entertainment as well as a passive income opportunity. That is one of the strong reasons why we can stay invested on Hive. Though there are only a few games that directly use Hive as the main token, there are games that use Hive blockchain but use tokens from the sidechain.
Cryptocurrencies are in early stage of adoption
This is next fair reason to stay invested on Hive. Today we all know how BTC bloomed inspite of market fall in 2020. Many big whales have started looking at Cryptocurrencies and the potential of Cryptocurrencies. That is one of the strong reasons why we have to stay invested on Hive. When people see some concrete crypto platform Hive would be on the top list and investments would start coming in. When that happens the existing investors will have some good time selling their tokens for a better price if the market blooms.
Continuous development happening on Hive
Last but not the least, continuous development happening on Hive is one of the major reasons why we have to stay invested on Hive. Blocktrades and the team of developers are working really hard to bring some solid changes to Hive making it a great platform for tokenization, bloging as well as gaming. This is something that was missing for the past 4 years on Steem. The founder and the founding company did not do concrete developments to the base layer.
Now that Hive price is low again, it creates a good opportunity to accumulate more.

Yeah, exactly. As hive is low and a lot of development is going on in the platform, I believe this is just the best time to build on Hive. Hive has a lot of potential and soonest, a lot of investors would be attracted to it.
The gaming sector/tokenization is what I admire most about Hive. Soon more interesting games would come up under the Hive blockchain, and many people over the world will get attracted to it as they earn rewards the same way they spend their time enjoying games they play. In no time, we would have more Investors crawling around Hive.

Yes everyone is expecting the same thing. Hopefully there should be lots of investors investing into Hive providing us a decent price pump for us to reap some profit.
Gamification and Tokenization is the best use case for Hive. Though we have it in the second layer, I guess the potential is well understood.

I bought it at 0.123, hate myself.
Don't worry I guess there will be another good opportunity to purchase at 0.1 probably if you are lucky. I guess that's what gives people trading opportunities.
