We certainly cannot blindly believe in translators, hehe. And well, the fuel issue here is enough to write a book about. We are oil producers and despite this and the fact that petrol is very cheap, we do not produce enough to supply the domestic market. And there is a great shortage of fuel, especially outside Caracas in the interior of the country.

Yep, but it shouldn't be like that. Here, in some villages, the situation is really dramatic. Services are non-existent, and fuel shortages mean that even food is sometimes scarce.
