Perhaps, sometimes, one should run along the razor's edge, becoming a berserker who does not know the way out. Yes, one week of inactivity is not the most pleasant thing, but it is possible that the previous week will completely cover your mental and physical costs and, the combination of two weeks of activity and downtime, will turn out to be cost-effective.
