RE: WAR & OUTRAGE!

im reminded to consider death in its inevitability and pain in its potentiality
the acceptance and embrace of our mortality is a liberation from egoic pursuit
the acceptance of the potential for suffering in ourselves (which includes the observation of suffering in others) is a liberation from fear
once a form of peace has been experienced (usually in privileged circumstances, but my understanding is that peace can be found in truly dire circumstances as well) then the task could be to wield action in some form of push (not for 'a better tomorrow' because.... well....a) we cant possibly make a judgement on the state of existence except in relation to a sort of delusional idealism which is best grown out of and b) if there were something verifiably 'better' than the exact current state of all things then we would not be able to achieve it anyway because the exact current state of all things is exactly as is, and the nature of change itself is something beyond the reach of what we consider to be free will (not a fact, Im just spitball preaching, because its late, and why not?)).
The perfect push is not one chosen by our egoic machinations to create some erratic ripple of change on the surface of an ocean that may well be drawing its tide in an opposing direction, but rather to swing with the tide, replete with meaningful action, and yet free from superimposed intent (which may only serve to taint the purity of your action)
does nothing matter anymore?
whenever you want to transcend the futility of a question like this, remember the quadrilemma:
It is. It is not. It both is and is not. It neither is nor is not.
words are beautiful spells that sadly amount to a froth which obfuscates the tasty morsel of non-falsity at the centre of all nonsense
it matters. it does not matter. it both matters and does not matter. it neither matters nor does not matter.
we ever search for a sense of meaningfulness and worthwhileness in our words and actions
but i think perhaps it is in the un-wordable spaces between the realisation of the quadrilemma where ones conscious mind crosses the liminal rubicon and begins to transcend out of the neurotic biologic awarelessness and in to enlightened awareness of the cosmic joke that we begin to discover the unfaltering perfection lying beneath all of our words and actions. From there, one can briefly experience perfection, deepest acceptance, effortless furtherance, liberated from judgement, past or future, and all that shit that makes a common joke of this miraculous, unfathomable existence.
thats my way of dealing with world news anyway.
ive heard it labelled as spiritual bypassing.... but the quadrilemma can be applied to that as well!

Reminds me of quantum mechanics. I like it. 🙂
