Unless you're an avid follower of my writing, you might not have noticed that I have been posting every single day for the past month of December almost. There isn't any secret to how I do it, but I will share it anyway.
I use the scheduling feature on Peakd and Leo Finance. For a while, I was posting exclusively on Peakd, even in the Leo community and the reason for this was that the schedule feature is hidden on the Leo Finance interface. You have to hit the publish button and choose "schedule for later". On the Peakd interface, the schedule button is on the edit screen, so this tripped me up for a while.
Throughout the day, I come up with article ideas. It could be something I read, news of a crypto exchange collapse like FTX or anything, and then I write down in my notepad a title and sometimes some bullet points about what I want to say so that I can elaborate on my thoughts a while later.
If I am on the computer or my phone, I sometimes go into Leo Finance and draft a post. The title for my post ideas is everything. It always starts with a title, which I use to build upon.
I don't want to spam Leo Finance, so everything I write needs to meet some criteria I set for myself:
- At least 400 words in length (where possible). Sometimes a post might be less because instead of drawing things out unnaturally, it reaches a natural point of conclusion under the word limit.
- It needs to add value to the blockchain. Am I writing something that people will read? Is it entertaining? Is it informative? I see a lot of junk content posted on Hive and in Leo Finance. No disrespect to anyone, but I see posts farming upvotes and not written with the best intentions.
- It needs at least one image.
- It needs to be spell-checked, and the grammar too.
- It needs to be properly formatted and easy to read (sentence structure is important).
As you can see, there is no secret. It's just having a writer's mind and thinking of content ideas, then writing it in advance and scheduling it to be posted at a future date. So, you are reading this post right before Christmas, and I am most likely away from the computer drunk right now. Thank you, Leo Finance auto-publish.

Using the scheduler, I taught to mark those already-used days on a calendar. But I am not that frequent.Good tip @beggars
I also use the scheduling feature also.. it's so so good honestly.
I love the consistency though because it is not easy to be doing that for the duration you have done it.... Most times I run out of what to write
One of our curators found your post and shared it on the decentralized curation channel!

Nice post picture!
I agree with you that you need to have the writer's mind, your note-taking technique, starting from a captivating title and developing the rest, having a minimum of words and the right image is not to be underestimated, not everyone is able to organize themselves in this way. Very useful for me, I'll take a cue from it. Thanks for sharing!
