One of the most annoying things about being a Nigerian and living in Nigeria with jobs is that you can't even be sure where you went wrong. I've gotten many rejections from international companies and I don't know whether it was the stereotype thing or there's some qualification I need to get.
Anyway, these challenges often means that nigerians always go very hard. You put most well meaning Nigerians in a working system and you'll see the person flourish.

There is no transparency and one person gets to make the decision for whatever reason, and they can make up whatever they want to justify it. There are many situations where the person making the decisions does something messed up and they don't even realize what they did. Totally sub-conscious actions.
