It is hit or miss.
If it gets caught up in encoding, it could take a while. Khal said the encoding is often the issue for the delay.
Of course, there were some issues with it not showing up in Leo earlier today.
It's uploaded to #3speak. I'll give tomorrow another shot or shall I say #short
I just got one to go through, as a FYI.
So what we have left is to always try. I'm doing it like this too.
