Yeah, it is good in a way, as most people otherwise just raze everything to the ground... but the balance is a bit tipped now towards annoyance. They really need to employ more staff if they make the rules stricter.... making rules is easy, handling the knock-on effects is more difficult, especially if there is no budget for it.

Do they at least do a decent job of educating people why it's not a good idea to raze everything? I can see why erosion and things like that would be a concern over there.
