    Yeah, the older I get it seems to be the trend.

    I do get up much earlier than in my younger days.

    I was always a night owl.

        This has truly been thrust on me, lol

        I used to work rotating shifts, but for the past 8 years, I have been on a regular shift that begins at 7 am.
