Even if you are boosting your post with your points there is no such guarantee that your boost will be approved. I think if you want to use them you can boost another post, then again there is no guarantee of that (if you will start getting votes in your every boosted post then probably that is not a good thing. )

You can tip another user the ecency points or you can sponsor some contests with those points that can be the best use of them. you already mentioned a great tip that can be implemented too.

- boost your or others content.
- promote your or others content.
- you can tip someone.
- You can giveaway the points in your posts.
- you can promote yourself by being a sponsor 😁
