English is not my native language but I use it as a default everywhere :)
i think part of it is how were we getting those programs back in the day :)
Yes but I also think that English language is the most useful and it is a very good skill to have.
I Use apps in English mostly for practice porpuses because im not native speaker
give me a windows in my native language i would not know how to set it up :D

for me, i have 2 native languages, but all of my programs and apps are in English. It is probably because of how i got into tech where everything was in English. So now when an app is in my native i can't find anything :)
