There is a certain comedian who is widely been celebrated in my country at the moment, like several others, he also started his career from the bottom until the point where he was able to gain feet in the entertainment industry, he is been praised right now, for going to the ''American's got talent'' show and making everyone laugh seriously over there, and that exactly is where I got my own motivation from.

The fact that he was already a success here, happily married with a kid, has a fancy home, and lives a good life should have probably made him reason to live his life completely around that circle. In fact, when he produces his comedy videos and has them posted on YouTube, it is sure that he will get views that will earn him some good money, but he didn't limit his reasoning to the production of local content, he reached out to do more.
If there is one thing I am scared of and I usually try to be cautious about, it is the arrival mentality. At the point when you feel you already have it all and there is no need to take a step further into growth, that very day death begins and the sad part is, so many people do not realize how much death has dragged down their life until they have gone long deep.
The path to continuous growth lies in making the effort to do so, effort needs to be made consistently to make things work out, if you ever come to a point in your life/career where you think growth is enough, then be ready to have yourself replaced faster than you think it would ever happen.
At the point where you are, or where you find yourself, there are several other people who desire the space, and these people will do everything possible to move you out of the space, I know about the quote; ''the sky is big enough for everyone to fly'', but unfortunately, not everyone believes in that, for some people, it is either they push you away or they push you away, there is no two ways about it. This is why it is important for consistent effort to be made all the time to keep yourself up there, through training, sleepless nights, days of sacrifices, etc. Whatever it is you need to do to get better, then do it.

There is something we must not lose sight of, and that is the "finish line mentality," where one feels that one has already achieved everything and does not need to strive any further; it is a dangerous trap that can lead to complacency and eventually stagnation.
It is essential to remember that there will always be someone willing to fill the space you leave vacant. So, maintaining constant effort, training, making sacrifices, and, above all, never stopping learning and growing is crucial.
Because in an ever-changing world, adaptability and the desire to improve are the keys to staying relevant and at the top.
