It does - I probably make it harder on myself by writing content that doesn't fit neatly some of the major communities but I've been enjoying learning, interacting, and becoming a volunteer ambassador for Hive.
It takes time, the discovrability here on hive is a lot better than what it was back in the day especially with threads now.
