What's really crazy is that hive-watchers is still supported after all of the damage they have done including sucking funds out of hive to pay people for this destructive behavior. The only thing really missing on $LEO at the moment to really combat this is it's impossible for the every day user to really understand were their payouts are coming from. Curation, author, delegated etc. You can find it on the backend sure but 99% of your users wont and will want to see this as it's a motivational factor for users.

Could we fix this with a better dashboard? I’ve thought about this and that’s why we have the combined payout (bottom right)
Maybe a better dashboard display saying “you earned $10 this week” and clicking it will show exactly where that $10 came from?
I've always enjoyed hivestats.io so if there was something at least somewhat like that for LEO on the dashboard I think that would be powerful.
Things like vote weight, time to refill, a breakdown of author, curation, delegation and total rewards and then breaking that down on some type of bar or pie graph. At least to start the long excel sheets I don't think are needed as few people look at that they would rather see a large general overview with semi detail stats as to where it's coming from and how much.
Just seeing 1 LEO earned from a thread would make someone want to thread more. Being that the thread wasn't spam and something of raw decent content that people upvoted would continue to encourage more of that type of content to be produced.
That's my personal preference though and something I've always struggled with was trying to figure out how much I was actully making and where.
