You have my sympathy ! I have that problem (which is why I'm replying to your thread instead of writing the post I've been trying to do for the last hour π ).
Sometimes, I find the best thing to do is close every tab or window, make the text for the post in Notepad, then open back up and post it before doing anything else.
I usually do the same thing lol, sometimes my post takes a long time to come out due to distractions
