In this post I share this new custom 1 of 1 swag I had made.
The idea for the art you see featured on this sweater started many years ago.
I made the common Canadian coin pyramid more than 10 years ago,
I did some light editing adding a texture to it, I made some prints and some years later I made my own shirt (the one in the picture below) it didn't turn out great and also after a few washes started to look a lot worse.
I recently decided to give it another go and make something a lot nicer(the sweater you see...
I could really use the original picture since I applied a texture to it and the background wasn't the best, so I took some new pictures.
I started out with a greenscreen background for easy removal in post production.
But I ran into another issue, the green reflection on the coins..
I did some editing magic to remove the green but I wasn't super happy with the results.
And so I gave it another shot with the light box trying out a black and white background.
That did the trick and I ended up with something clean, I went on printful and started the custom order process but as I was doing it I thought It would look cooler looking gray to match the sweater color and so some more slight editing a quick reupload to printful shipping and payment and in a week or so I got my sweater.
I am very happy with how it turned out but the true test is the test of time but I have a feeling its going to fair fairly well after washes a lot better then my non centered DIY heat transfer T-shirt for sure 🤣
But now there is something else in the works, I need to make another pyramid but with gold coins instead, Right now I am missing a 1/2 oz , I got a 1/4 recently but it the bull of folrance was cheaper than a 1/4 maple so I hope its not going to mess with my pyramid or I will end up needing to buy 1/4 maple too and if you know me you know how I feel about fractionals (there are some exceptions)

I think that's a pretty cool hoodie bro! If it holds up you could find a very niche market, but use US coins and they'd sell on here...
