So a couple of days ago I purchased a token at $23 called $HYPE . Hype by name and hype by nature as Centralised Exchanges such as Binance and Woo are having a really hard time keeping liquidity in Arbitrum such is the demand to trade on Hyperliquid as everything just goes up it seems. Now I like dabbling in a few memecoins and I was finding that even though I am early to the party in Hyperliquid I was relatively late to all these memecoins that were launching on Hyperliquid but why was this the case. After 5 minutes on X I found that memecoins were launching away behind my back but were not on the Hyperliquid chain yet as they did not raise the auction money and were approved. But there is a place where the tokens launch initially and this I found is where the real action is. It is on bloody telegram. A bot called Hypurr Fun Bot.
So what happens is that the token is launched and Hypurr Fun Give me a Little Alert stating the HEPE brother of PEPE has launched. Unlike Solana , all these memecoins launch at 0.04 cent. Another rule is that the dev that creates the token is there for all to see on the launch. The platform comes up with a reputation score from 0 to 5 to warn of a rug pull and the best part is that the dev cannot pull his funds out until 24 hours after the token launch. This has cut down in the amount of rug pulls massively so Hypurfun is not a civilised place where you can make alot of money.
Now I am trying to figure out how best to play this game. I have a few options. And yet I have an excel sheet before you ask to try and find some magic way of making millions here.
Do I :
Buy a token and sell if before 24 hours. If the dev sells it could mean goodbye and goodluck and I am left holding my wobbly bits.
The disadvantage to this is like the time I sold $Peanut. I will spare you the gorey details of my mischief on that one but if I had kept this , I would probably be buying a Bentley at this stage. If I sell and it makes Hyperliquid main exchange at auction I stand to miss out on alot of money. I will make a little bit on the trade but I will never hit the jackpot unless it goes viral within the 24 hours of launch.
Do I:
Hold out and if the developer rugs after 24 hours then just take the hit. If the developer does not rug and the token ends up skyrocketing then I am in business.
I am researching what happens to the tokens after 24 hours and most have gone down. A few good ones with high volume after 24 hours are looking good. I took every token from the 19th for example and 3 of these tokens out of 32 launched are showing signs of a future. These three may get in at the auction. If they do then you are talking moon and we are in the front seat.
Another strategy is apeing into every token at 0.04 cent which many people are doing. 30% of them will go to a 0.40$ or more within the 24 hours. Say 50 tokens launch in a day. 15 of them go to $0.40.You buy $20 (500 units) of each token (0.04 cent ) at a cost of $1,000. 15 of these go to €0.40. Sell at this price and that's $3,000 back presuming the other 35 go to 0. This can be done at the moment when Hyperliquid is in its infancy. The rug pullers look to be staying away because of this 24 hour window so there is money to be made here using this method.
Hyperliquid is the new SOL but without all the rugpullers so I am immediately drawn to it. Looking forward to trading the next few weeks . I will let you know how I get on.

I had a rethink and came up with a new strategy. The good ones are hitting $2/ 4 dollars . If I put $20 into each one of these at 4 cent. I am selling at breakeven and leaving the balance run to see where it takes me. I am also looking more into the tokens at launch and not investing in all of them so my win ratio will get higher.
