I was thinking of this yesterday, exactly when I realised I got ready an hour too early, that time is the only social construct that we all collectively have decided to follow rigorously, down to the minute. The dst is obviously useless, or else it wouldn't be such a global debate, yet we're forced to use it.
It's a first world problem, at least!
