Just indicate the destination username in the address field. e.g. bodhi.ro without the @ sign. The network fee is low, at 0.01 Hive.

I think there is no memo needed. You can just leave it blank.
If you are afraid, just send a small amount of 1 Hive first. The fees for sending from Binance.com is only 0.01.
