VICI has a high dividend yield and also good dividend growth combined with some good historical price growth which makes it very interesting as a REIT

For REITs I stick to Realty Income. You probably know that too.

Yes, Realty Income is a good one, on discount nowadays too, I am buying regularly "O" shares while is dumping too 😅
