Who knows... This guy won't probably take any from Leofinance until he changes his behavior. Curators should pay more attention as well when upvoting content.

I don't know that you would have to wonder too hard. The Hive DB, when I had access to it, records pretty much everything. You'd be able to trace what this person's accounts are, to a degree, and then find out if he performs the same actions across tribes.

Part of it is whether or not those tribes care or have the resources to fight it. As community members we can only do so much.
