It is a bad time to do so, but I started investing more money in AVA the other day as well. I guess timing is relative. The price is higher now than it was, but I still think it is low compared to where it could be. I was doing some research and noticed that the same hotel was listed for a lower price than it was on Travala. It made me wonder if the kick backs they are giving you is only because they are charging more on the front end. Besides just the quarantine factor, you also have to consider the possibility that your home country closes its borders. At that point you could be stuck in Australia for longer than anticipated.

From what I have heard, the price is often lower on Travala, but I am guessing that it is going to fluctuate a lot as there are so many of these kinds of sites out there. At the end of the day, it will probably work out evenish on price when comparing in volume. I just like the idea of earning a yield and using crypto to travel. There are also benefits to pay fully in AVA, meaning that no matter the price, for the crypto initiated, they can buy the equivalent and get the discount.
Yep, this is a possibility, but hasn't happened here yet I think. Who knows though, as it is all insane.

I agree with you. I have been starting to build up my AVA bags because I think it is going to be a really decent solution. I just wish I could have started sooner!

I got in pretty heavy early on for a very silly reason :D and watched the price decline a fair bit before making the turn. It ha performed pretty well since.
Yes, it is definitely doing well. Even when the other tokens were down lately. I am hoping to get myself to the first level of staking soon.
