My wife has a friend that recently moved back to Michigan where she grew up. She was living in California and she is actually still working for the same organization there, but she can do all of her work remotely, so why not move back home to be closer to family. I have seen a lot of stories lately though saying that corporations are making people come back into the office. Seems very short sighted. It will be nice when we can do a lot of stuff without even dealing with fiat.

What ever the reason we are going to see this happen.
The decentralization of real estate is going to take place due to people not having to live near an office for sustenance.

For sure! I was just talking to my sister tonight and it was the same story. Currently living in Indy, looking to move back to Michigan and she could keep her same job because she can work from anywhere.
