MY CRYPTO JOURNEY AND ALL THAT I HAVE LEARNT

in LeoFinance3 years ago

There is this saying that one thing will always lead to another, meaning in every situation we find ourself a situation must have led to that situation.such is the case with me.i actually got in into the crypto world barely a year now and it all started with hive.most of us if I may not be mistaken got into the crypto as a result of the profit that is attached to it and also the aim of getting rich quick.i got to know about hive when I lost my job and as at that time I really needed something to keep me going financially and thank god to some good friends who introduced me to hive.well while the idea of creating content on hive seems to be a difficult task at the beginning,it is something that I am finding more interesting every single day that passes by.without doubt hive has actually broaden my knowledge about the crypto world although I am still learning because the crypto world is very vast.my main aim of joining hive and crypto in general was to make money and while doing that I was also learning other things.

LESS EXPECTATION AND HOPE.
Of course I joined hive cryptos because of the profit I felt I will be making from it,but when I got to know hive and cryptos my expectations and hope we're very high.fist let me start with the creation of of content on hive before going into other experiences that I had with other cryptos.when I started creating content on hive,I though it was something that will be giving money each time I make a post but surprisingly it turns out not to be as simple as thought.i begin to understand that as a newbie on the hive platform you need to navigate your way up the lather by working very hard like every other hive members.i see myself writing post with zero dollar likes, without earning a dime from the post.then sometimes I make some decent dollars.but the truth is that the zero dollar post has actually thought me to always have less expectations and hope about the crypto world.i aso made some investment in some coin which has not start yeilding yet and why I made the investment was because I felt i was hoping the coin would rise withing the shortest possible time but till date the reverse was the case.this totally made to realized why I need to have less expectations and hope about anything, all that is important is doing those things with a neutral mind.

LEARNING TO BE MORE PATIENT.
This is something very important that I have learnt both on hive and in cryptos generally.i bought ripple all in the name of making quick profit from it because ripple was showing some promising futures by then.when I bought ripple it selling for $1.7 and since then till date ripple fell to the current price that it is now.with this experience I got to know that I really need to be patient with any investment I make in cryptos, everything takes time.the people that invested in Bitcoin waited for a very long time before it got it got to it's all time high last year so more reason why I need to exercise Patience with ripple too.

MORE MONEY MAKING OPPORTUNITY WHEN CRYPTOS ARE DOWN.
This might look like it's something that everyone should know but for someone that is new to hive and cryptos in general will not know that it's during the dip times that is better to invest or buy cryptos.just take a look at when I bought ripple,I bought ripple when it was having it's all time high and since then the price gas been falling.in cryptos you buy when the price is low and sell when the price is high this way you are bound to make more profit when such crypto or coin start rising.so this is one thing I have learnt and ever since I got to know this I have been keeping a keen eye on the market to know when to get into the market.cryptos have been experiencing dip for quite sometimes now and I can say this is actually the right time to lay your hands in the market.this is also more reason why the leofinance community will forever be important to me because virtually all that I know today about cryptos is actually from the community.its really nice knowing hive and leofinance because they form the most important part of my journey in the crypto world.

Don't feel so bad, I just wrote an almost 3,000 word post that I doubt many will see (The longer ones tend to not get read because of their length).

I do have some tips though. I don't know if you're writing this on a phone, but if you could break the paragraphs up more, and leave a space after the period between sentences, it would make the post much more readable. Hang in there, and Keep Writing! :)

O! Thanks so much bro.i so much appreciate

Yep, I'd agree with the comment about the longer posts. I have the same experience, with my longer posts tending to be the ones that attract fewest views and comments, even though I often think myself that they are the better posts!

On the bright side, no one can accuse us of publishing low-effort posts! :)

My latest one had to be long as I was relating a very emotional account which ended up changing me as a person.

Have you ever considered justifying your posts to clean up the ragged paragraph edges? When I began doing that a few years ago, they began looking much cleaner and easier to read.

Thanks alot for the correction

I think more money when crypto is down is the key. Bull markets are not for the new person. It seems fun but knowledge is gained. I think I learn more during bear markets. It's why I love hive so much. It's perfect for bear markets because less participates and the rewards are actually bigger for those who do.
