I kinda agree with him. 300 years would be just optimal.

well that'll be very good but then let's say you're still youthful at 300 years and have built a great empire of a life with people that love you. Will you be willing to just die at that time?
That's a very good point! Didn't think about it that way. Yeah, leaving would then be harder.
