True, I don't. However, my guess is they used very long ramps to move the stones. The higher the stones needed to go, the longer the ramp needed to be.

The math ain't mathin.. you'd have to (just) PLACE these 1.0 m × 2.5 m mfers at a breakneck speed of 10 blocks per hour (in their proper place with mortar and everything, even disregarding quarrying and transporting).. every day, 24/7, without fail or breaks for 26 years straight..
Fact, it just doesn’t add up, they are a complete mystery to me!
