Here in Web3 we've grown used to the idea founders should build along with their communities out in the open, documenting their steps as they grow and build the company.
But what we didn't account for in the pressure that can create for founders, the disorganization it can create as the community shares their thoughts, and the threat to hype (an essential aspect to any launch) that having transparency on a project can have.
