Back in July 2019, the Federal Reserve starting lowering interest rates. Seven months in they had to cut them all the way to zero due to an emergency.
Seven months have passed since the Fed started lowering rates from 5.5% last August. Could we see another emergency soon where the central banks need to drop rates to zero?
