Why DEI Defies Nature And Puts Lives At Risk

in LeoFinance4 days ago

An airplane crashed in Toronto a few days ago, and for some reason we still don't know who the pilots are.

Thanks to a nearby observer, the accident was caught on camera, and the video shows the plane coming in way too fast.

Instead of "flaring" to gently kiss the runway, the plane made a rough landing, and ended up crashing upside down.

Thankfully, all passengers and crew survived the incident, with mild to moderate injuries.

The incident has raised a controversial topic though, perhaps one that many would prefer to avoid. It needs to be discussed though, because lives are at risk here.

Although the identities of the pilots have yet to be released, we know that the airliner had been endorsing "DEI initiatives" for years.

The Push For DEI

For over a decade, governments and corporations around the world have been pushing for what's known as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). While these policies may appeal to our emotions, they contradict our natural evolution.

Setting aside the "conspiracies" for a moment, the idea behind DEI is that we need more diversity in our workforce. It's supposed to solve the "problem" of having too many female nurses, or an overabundance of male pilots, for example.

In fact, the airline involved in the Toronto plane crash had been publishing videos to social media bragging about the fact that their aircraft were "unmanned", with female-only crews.

DEI thrusts women into STEM jobs (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), which were traditionally filled by men. Meanwhile, men are being encouraged to take on roles like nurse and hairdresser, which were traditionally performed by women.

In this article, we are going to talk about whether these DEI initiatives are improving society, or making it worse.

DEI vs. Evolution

As accommodating, inclusive and "nice" as we want to be in today's modern world, we cannot deny our human evolution, which has taken place over millions of years.

It's because of this prolonged evolution that we have instinctive inclinations about the roles men and women should play in society.

For example, would you prefer a 40-year-old man from the classified ads looking after your kids, or would you feel more comfortable with a girl being your babysitter?

What about jobs related to decorating, interior styling, and graphic design. Which gender is more naturally predisposed to perform well in such roles?

Now consider positions that require leadership, quick decision making, and situational awareness. Which sex has advanced since ancient times to embody these traits?

Aligning With Nature

We were all born into the modern world, where many of us have been programmed to shun traditional gender roles.

From primary school, we are told to ignore gender differences, and indoctrinated to believe that boys and girls are pretty much the same.

Nothing could be further from the truth, however. To understand why, consider what has happened throughout most of our evolution, which has spanned millions of years.

In the past, men would leave the tribe to hunt, fight, and explore. Meanwhile, women had to stay in the village to tend to the children, educate them, and care for the homes.

Over time, woman have become wired to nurture and create, whereas men have become predisposed for things like leadership and situational awareness.

Here's the bottom line. A few decades of cultural programming will not re-wire the subconscious primitive side of our brains, which have developed since ancient days.

Acknowledging The Exceptions

With all of that said, are there exceptions to the rule? Yes.

There are some exceptional female pilots, for example, and they do their job well. That said, which gender innately embodies situational awareness, and excels more naturally at piloting an aircraft?

Do female caregivers occasionally assault children? From time to time that does happen, but let's be honest about the frequency. Men are more likely to be the culprit in these situations.

Although there may be exceptions, when someone is looking to fill a role, we should take into account how their brain is wired, and encourage them to pursue something suitable.

The Ideal Society

Ultimately, it's not about one gender being superior over the other. Men and women are like peas in a pod, and they complete one other.

When you take into account that a man always has a woman by his side (at least, in a traditional society), the power between the two sexes often equals out anyway.

What we want is a healthy, functional, and safe society, where men and women are encouraged to fill the roles that they have evolved over millions of years to perform.

DEI, which appeals primarily to our emotions, results in the total opposite.

Until next time...

Seen this happen all the time.

A person walks down the stairs to the landing
slips on a patch of ice
and winds up on their back. 😝

There is a report that the lady who tried to land this plane had just gotten her big plane pilot's license a month ago.

There are other reports that this seems so staged, that it had to be staged.

I know nothin, except that i would like competent pilots with lots of experience in the cockpit.

Unfortunately people have lost so much trust in the media and institutions that almost everyone is thinking these events are staged now.

I would like competent pilots with lots of experience in the cockpit.

couldn't agree more. That's why we need to consider which gender is better suited to fill certain roles in society.

Well, for me, i just want competent pilots. May the best person win.

However, when we pay lots of money to put women through medical school, more than half of them quit to be a mother, or only work part time.

Whereas a man, puts himself through school (unless he is minority) and then often works lots of overtime.

So, we get twice to three times as much output when training a man to be a doctor. That should really be looked into.
