Question please. If you decline rewards do the people who upvote your post earn curation rewards?
Does directing your rewards to the Hive development fund allow curators to earn rewards?

Curators would not earn rewards if they are declined, there are no rewards to be had.

Directing to DHF, curators would earn rewards.
