Why do so many people vote for socialism?
Why do so many people go to college, and come out communists?
Don't they know that everyone, including them will be poorer?
Don't they know how many people die under communism, first by shooting all the resistors, then all the slightly rich, then all the useless eaters? They say, "That wasn't real communism", but can't they realize that govern-cement + communism = lots of dead people?
We have enough examples throughout history.
Without changing anything (especially those in charge) why does the latest batch think this time things will be different?
What is such a siren's call that many will flock to this "ideology"?
The world is not fair
The biggest problem is that the world is not fair. Given a level playing field, a certain number of people will win. I mean, totally dominate the winner boards.
AND!!! The playing field is not level, it is currently set so that almost any kick, from any team, rolls into the net for a bankster goal. The system is set up so intricately and interconnected that there is very little you can do that won't help out the banksters. Use money, that's helping. Buy a house by getting a mortgage, that's helping the banksters. Rent an apartment, that is helping the banksters.
You basically have to live off the land and barter for everything to get mostly out of their system. (but, we are making new systems. Soon the banksters will be SOL)
The world is not fair (individual)
Some people are born sellers, and selling is what consumerism + capitalism is all about.
Some people can learn to sell. Some people will have such a hard time selling, that they may as well give up.
But, what do you do? The real income in a consumerism + capitalism system is from selling. Corporations rely on their sales team. If you do not sell, you are practically nothing. (unless you can get into the bankster caste)
The wheeler/dealers are the ones you see on yachts. If you weren't born with that type of mind and personality, you are SOL.
Next tier down are those who are helpful in making things to be sold. The engineers. The people that can design systems that can have the next to lowest class build products to sell
The problem is most people do not have the brain power to even attempt to be of the engineer caste. If you are not born with the brain power and the desire to build/design/fix things, then you are SOL
The next step down are all the worker bees. The ones who are actually assemble everything, the ones who provide all the services. The majority of people. The majority of people who have no real hope of climbing the ladder of success. 66% of people are within 15 IQ points of average. Completely average, and average means you will earn an average salary. You will have an average life. The only thing that matters here is the ability to put off gratification. Those who have to buy it now, will end up living in the trailer parks of the world. Those who have the will power can live in the better average houses.
Lastly, the bottom caste, those who do not have the ability to show up regularly at a job. Those who have trouble doing things from day to day. Even down to those who need help dressing
From the middle looking up
If you are average, there is no hope for you (in the consumerist + capitalist world). There is no real upward mobility. If you don't screw up your life with drugs, alcohol or debt, then you can have an average life. But if you falter, or give into temptation, then you can get caught in the lowest of the lows. It is hard to build back up. It is easy to get to a place where food is concern. Hunger is a reality.
So, it is very tempting, a system where everyone is average, but everyone gets housing and food.
Their outlook in the old system was the same or worse than this offer.
Stalin's bullets would most likely miss them. And they would be guaranteed food and housing.
Further, all those bleepity, bleep show offs at the top would be brought down. (yes, envy is toxic) All those people who flaunted their wealth and their fancy cars, gone. (it doesn't matter that all fancy cars, maybe even all cars, are now gone. They couldn't ever see themselves getting them)
Then there are the women folk who don't like to see anyone suffering, but also do not have any ability to do anything about it (or desire to apply work to change it). So, to them, a big govern-cement who will feed all the hungry seems like the best thing ever.
These people see socialism/communism as a god-send. Of course they do not see that everyone will be in relative poverty (from where she is now), but she thinks happy thoughts of someone else feeding those people.
The problem is that socialism/communism is such an easy sell to the average group of people. And as normal people, they do not see that the poverty life will be forever theirs. It is a slow degradation, and these people think/hope that it will get better next year.
They do not see that their lives are better now, even at the bottom of the capitalist ladder, then it would be under communism. All they see is the contrast. They are so low, from the heights shown on the TV (this is on purpose. The card-ass-ians are paid big money to make that show. Else they would be in the poor house within a year) they feel so frustrated that they will do anything (except change themselves) to get higher, or more likely, pull them low.
These people do not have much hope in changing their life status, except winning the lottery. (the lottery, a tax on the dumb and poor) They do not see how good they have it. They do not have the self control, nor the drive to make things better.
And so, these people look for something to fix their life. Then a politician offers them free stuff just for voting. And even if they are lowering their living standards a little each time, they can't help themselves.
The fix is weird from a Red vs Blue perspective.
We must eat the rich (the Marxists cheer!), well actually not the rich, we need to eat the bankster class (the Marxists frown). The Fed has been eating all of our excess production for a century now. They need to be gotten rid of, and never allowed to come back. Fortunately cryptos seem to be offering us a good path. Leave their system.
Without someone skimming all of the excess, than everyone will be getting richer. And when you are getting richer, it is not such a pain to watch others getting richer too.
We need to form communities where people can apply what they are good at to the betterment of the community. And in a community setting, the salesman (if there is such in the future) is at the same level as the mid-wife. The community is small enough that everyone can see what individuals are inputing, and what that does to the whole.
These changes will take a while. It may take until the generation that has never seen the Card-ass-ians is in charge to get things really working well.
Communism / Socialism / Crony Capitalism via govern-cement is all a bankster plot to keep every person as low to poverty as they can. It isn't real communism (or capitalism) because the goal of the govern-cement is control of the people. And with that as the goal, people will never flourish.
Great post for sure! I pray my daughter doesn't get pulled to the communist side. She still has me in her ear and a good ole boy boyfriend with a good conservative family, so I think we'll be okay, lol. I am an anarcho-capitalist myself.
I am a [has not been defined yet], but i like anarcho-capitalist people because they do things and get things done, and do not demand things from others. They are good people.
But, i have realized that not everyone can be an anarcho-capitalist.
Not everyone has the skills to be a productive member, and not everyone has the ability to be moral by themselves.
That's why there aren't many of us, lol
