INTRODUCTION
Good day ladies and hustling men in our community, how are you all doing today and how is the family. It a good thing to be with you all today, and am so happy that God has kept us till this point in time. Without waisting our time, I will like us to consider a topic today that I captioned fruits and it's benefits. In our society today you see deferent sicknesses here and there and it grows rapidly in our body due to the preservatives that is been used in 75% of the foods we eat. My dear this is not how it is in the time of old. Because most of our parents and grandparents live for more than 120, 140 years before they died and some lived about 100years and when you look at them, even in there old age they are still strong and healthy. You see them going to farm and walking a long distance on daily basis but look at our present days, what are we seeing?.
But look into our present generator, you see that men can't even live up to 100years anymore, deferent diseases all the way and most person's no longer stay healthy in their old age.
You may ask, what is the cause?
One of the reason Is that most men has forgotten the importance of fruits they now eat food that are preserved with chemicals.
FRUITS AND ITS BENEFITS TO THE BODY
Let's make a definition of fruit before we move to it's benefits.
What Is Fruit?
A fruit is said to be any fleshy product of a tree that has seed, may be sweet or bitter. Examples are Mangos, Oranges, coconut, Grapes, Pawpaw, Banana, Apple, bitter-kola e.t.c..
In our locality today, there are many trees of fruit that are good for the health but most of us don't really know how important they are to our health.
We have healthy fruit and unhealthy fruit. I know you may be wondering why do I say so. Let's check on the healthy fruit first before going to the unhealthy fruit because I will dwell more in this section.
HEALTHY FRUITS

Healthy fruit are those fruits that when they are taking into the body, they cause positive charge in the body system by giving the body the necessary vitamins which freshing that body and help it to fight again disease.
UNHEALTHY FRUITS
Unhealthy fruit are those fruits that when there are been talking into the body, causes harm to the body system. This is the opposite of the healthy fruit.
I could remember when I was small, I really love fruits so much that anytime we are coming back from the school, we will go and hunt for fruit. On one of the occasion, I was very hunger and the they have pluck all the ripe mangos 🥭🥭 from the tree, I now decided to pluck the unripe mango and started eating because our of hungry. At that point, I was happy and enjoy it at least to reduce the hunger but Little did I know that I was causing more harm to my self. Few minutes after, when I got home I now started noticing stomach pain. My dear, it was not a good experience at all because it wasted for hours before I was able to get my self after drinking red oil to subsidize the acid.
EXAMPLE OF UNHEALTHY FRUITS Fruit that has warn in it already.
Fruit that is not matured for eating.
Fruit that something ate and left over and not properly kept.
Fruit that didn't ripe naturally because in our market today, most of the fruit are plucked and kept at home until they get ripe.
TYPE OF FRUITS
Fruit are divided in four parts:
Aggregate fruit: This include Mass drupelets and is not one carpels of the same flower that produces all of them, it is several carpel. Example of the fruit are, blackberry and raspberries.
Simply/Ordinary fruit:
This fruit grow from one Ovary of one flowering plant. Such as Banana, Tomatoes etc.Multiple fruit:
This fruit are formed from carpel that is from a multiple flower.
Such as 🍍 pineapple.Accessory fruit:
They are form from the close tissue that is inside the carpel and it's not from the ovary.
Such as 🍐 pear.
IMPORTANT OF FRUIT
Fruit is very important for the health, it doesn't matter if you are old young, fruit is for every.
- Fruit help your not to fail sick easily
- Eating of fruit that are fresh will help you to say away from all this chemical food well eat.
- Fruit is naturally less in fat and calories and it has the nutrients that will keep your children growing well.
CONCLUSION
It is expected of us to eat fruits daily and and other natural foods just to stay healthy.
