Make sure they use x or gmail, not phone, and google chrome or kiwi, not the samsung browser
They tried using their X account to verify it but it's on mobile device, it's not working for them
You know that most of them don't have laptops, so when you send them the link, it's don't go through..
I have been creating accounts with people almost exclusively on phones, so my recommendation is that, chrome browser, x or gmail (mainly gmail)
As for last week, I tried onboarding someone with his mobile device on chrome through his X, but after he put his x username and password in logging in, it just remain on X. No further move in confirmation..
But when you sign up with X (which you should already be signed in before trying to create the account) to sign in you need to just use the X account and no username or passwords are asked
