Curation Report to encourage burning #5

This is a curation project that is based on two main conditions:
1- The quality of the post: no spam, no plagiarism, no shitpost, etc.
2- That the post has @null as the beneficiary and the #burn tag included.

If both conditions are not met, the post will not be curated. In this way, those small users will be incentivized to burn tokens without feeling that they are losing income. In addition, those exceptional posts will be able to receive HSBI as areward.
