Yea exactly, I disagree. There isn’t much to misinterpret. It’s the 1st line of the proposal for a reason and it’s plain English. If that isn’t the purpose of it, it should just say something else like “this proposal is to prevent funding to proposals I/we don’t approve.” Don’t make it seem like the main purpose is to prevent initiatives with no backing. It literally says that’s the aim of it.
