Yes I do agree with you because this time hive prices down rather than previous year . It was pumped in previous week but after that again it's price is going down. It is my expectation that it will reach below 0.30 cent. Powering up 100% from the post is a good deal that can increase your hive power. HBD is stable and there is no activity from previous couple of year. So it is a good idea to set for Hive power instead of hbd from reward.
I have also seen that mostly people use to trade HBD into Hive( mostly when it's price be down) and again convert into hbd when hive pumps.

Conversion between hbd and hive is a good idea because this way we can increase our overall holding. Making the post with hundred percent power up is an easier way to get all the rewards in form of HP that helps to grow the state faster.
