It was only my 2nd time that I can recall so maybe I'll get better at it lol
What caused the anger? are you better now?
At work things fell apart. Machine across the country broke, trucker didn't show up to replace, UPS bailed and Fedex 2 day got billed as overnight. Xtra $5000ish to get there too early. $200 to uber someone there to greet it.

Sounds like you very rarely get angry. The spittle might be a reaction of your body. Hope you have calmed down :)
