I usually start hourly missions, but right now there are 2 such missions that are profitable. Doing these missions too much will increase the ego, so unlocking the Full Band Headline missions will give me a little more relief.
Before going to bed: Local Mini Tour Support. And during the day, I generally do Shopping Mall + Full Band Support missions. As the ego increases and the chances of gain decrease, I turn to other missions. I complete Drum Lesson 2 or 3 times a day.

Shopping Mall, Radio Interview, Guitar Lesson, radio studio session and a Local Mini Support when I go to bed.
I do the guitar lesson right after Millionaire Mission to equal 100% energy.
Not sure If I'm efficient.
