I've been begging for this since they announced tribes. The secret to success with that is no downvoting or it will become a warzone and nobody will be able to earn the token.

But downvotes have not only to do with the 2nd layer token, but reduce both overall post rewards (in Hive) and reputation.
yeah, I am actually worried about the consequences of reputation loss, which is why I suggested seperating the Token downvote from the Hive downvote.
Is reputation loss still that bad tho? I remember it hiding all your posts and comments but I think thats no more the case, is it?
Not sure, I think if a post has a negative reward, it is still hidden.
I certainly would avoid for my posts getting downvoted, because I do no shitposts (a pic plus 2 sentences).
I actually love to do that sometimes, but I outsourced it to Steemit since I know that the Lions wouldnt really appreciate me shitposting in the LeoFinance Tag. But shitposting is life :3 and short posts/memes/one-liners are a part of politics in my book.
