Whenever I feel down or unmotivated I read my most inspiring books or phrases and then go in front of the mirror and speak out loud reminding myself of the goals, my dreams, of what I want to achieve and become or do. Sometimes what I also do that helps a lot is reading or listening to testimonials. After I always go lay down and think positively until I fall asleep and when I wake up I'm suddenly in a different mood.
