I know this problem very well. I often watch food channels on YT to see what I could cook from other countries. I tried a lot of food from all over the world and my wife has to test it with me. Also street food festivals are a good place to test food.

Looks good! I like breakfast.
Breakfasts are nice but I don't do it every morning. One reason are the different shifts I have to work.
That would complicate meal times.
I have no static meal times. My wife, who also works in different shifts, and I eat when we are hungry.
