Yeah, 2 hours is way too long. I did a lot of night shifts and if I get really tired I do a 10m nap. That helps a lot to get through the rest of the night.

Night shifts? Oh, you remind me of the days that I used to work in a shift based jobs.
That is tough! Especially, when there is a short of staff.
That's right! Luckily my job is way better now than last year. Still shifts but just 8h and a better shift system.
