I prefer tests and questionnairs to be created by users, not the D.Buzz platform itself.
But building the technology so users can easily share tests and questionares on D.Buzz may make sense.

Yes, this makes sense. Users (including core team) to come up with criteria for governance participation (and even for brainstorming participation) and the questionnaires to see if criteria is fulfilled by new people wanting to join
