Gas fees are a real problem Recently in the ETH network, though many hoped the sharding in the ETH 2.0 update would solve this it hasn't seemed to have much of an effect. PublishOx rewards are all currently utilizing ETH gas fees and they to are feeling the GAS pressure. The company recently announced a increase for the withdrawal minimum for a temporary measure as they work on the solution. a Quote from their announcement "We are glad that you're enjoying your experience on Publish0x. Like you, we are committed to Publish0x, but we are struggling with GAS fees. In this large payout that we sent on Monday, the gas fees were MORE than the payout amount."
a possible solution
For the time being on-chain withdrawals will be limited to once monthly - except AMPL and FARM, which will both be available for withdrawing every other week, but with a higher withdrawal limit of $2. Current schedule below

The Good, Long Term Plan: Weekly Payouts, Lower Withdrawal Threshold, and a 10% Bonus on Your First Withdrawal to their CEX partner.
A CEX or Centralized Exchange is a crypto exchange like coin base or kucoin however these are just examples they have not officially announced what one yet.
They do clarify however this will not be required meaning we may chose weather we want to do this or keep it on chain to a crypto wallet. Here's thee direct quote "Further, we will not force anyone to use a CEX for withdrawals. On-Chain withdrawals will still be available to you; we will most likely be sending these out once per month, and the minimum amount one will be able to request for an On-Chain withdrawal will be at least $2 worth of crypto, per token."

the ridiculous gas fees are making me less and less bullish on ETH and ETH based projects. If they can't scale that's a major problem. Starting to look at some Binance smart chain Defi projects as an alternative. Any time I do something on another chain that's fast and cheap I am reminded how crappy gas fees are.
