They are the ones that sets a company the way it should be run and they instruct their employees and workers on the things to do in a company. This means that they represent a company both inside and also on the outside, a good manager can do wonders and bring a company to a higher place than expected.
A good managers ensures and oversees that the company is working well, they make sure that the company is making profits rather than losses. They will make sure that everyone in the company is growing and liberating with the company.
Why does bad management happen?
Bad management often happens to many companies around the world, it's true that they employ managers that have high reputation and also add value to sales in the company, but they fail to employ those managers that have high concentration in managing people, because before you can able to manage a company to a higher standard, you have to first learn to manage the people around you.

Bad managers really bring a lot a damages to a company and such a way that I would take a lot of time to revive the company back to life from the actions of a bad manager.
They try to set unrealistic goals for their employees and at thesame time force them to meet to his expectations, when such a thing like this is happening in a company, you can see that the employees might one day grow tired of the way they are been treated and these might cause problems in a company, and gradually the company is falling from the inside.
Bad manager is really bad, they make their employees work and always be available every 24 hours without having empathy towards them, they tend to always blame and discourage their employees whenever their is a little mistake in doing some things in the company, bad manager does not give their employees the opportunity to speak up to the board in order to give their suggestions towards the growth of the company, and at the end, bad management helps to break a company down to zero.

The roles and responsibilities of a manager may vary depending on the size of the industry or company, but a good manager will always fight hard to see that everything goes well, that's why I will like to describe a good manager with five works.
Setting good goals and achieving them: No matter how the condition of a company might be, a good manager will always set up goals and will only focus on doing things that can make his goals come true.
