I had kidney stone once.. and oh man it was a painful experience .
Here are some thinks i follow .
- Drink Lots Of Water
- Exercise Regularly
- I eat less Tomatos and Charred / Fried Red meat ( But i dont know if its true but i heard somewhere that tomato seeds cause kindey stones ) , and I also eat Lots of fruits and vegetables .
- Good Sleep
This will help another person to recover from kidney stones
