  1. There are not referral rewards attached to it yet.

  2. The earning comes while you are LiveStreaming. You are rewarded in LivePayout coins. The coin is yet to be listed on an exchange so there is no withdrawal option yet.

  3. The earning is fair as long as you are active. I have been able to accumulate over 600 of the coins so far. @vickvan
