well, it seems to mean something now, which is cool because I can see mine growing with every post I put out. This article was actually pretty inspirational. Thanks for that! Nice to know that reputation does mean something now and it's worth improving my rating.

It is just another metric to help one focus. I am glad you noticed yours growing with each post. That is good that you are focusing upon it.
That is key. Hive is about growing through compounding. Simply remain active, engage, and be consistent and you will see the numbers grow....all of them.
